Invisalign
Few adults remember braces fondly; the brackets, wires, bands, and headgear were the stuff of adolescent nightmares. The good news is that Dr. Britt offers Invisalign to her patients who desire straight teeth without the metal works of traditional braces. Invisalign uses a series of nearly invisible plastic aligner trays to gently move the teeth into the desired position. The aligner trays are removed for meals, which means no eating restrictions. They are also removed for teeth cleaning, which means no floss threaders or proxy brushes to keep your mouth sparkling. Best of all, Invisalign treatment typically takes less time than traditional orthodontics, which means you get to enjoy having straight teeth sooner.
