Myotronics (Bite Evaluation Computer)
Myotronics is used to gather scientific data to enhance the clinician’s ability to diagnose and treat complex cases of malocclusion or the misalignment of the teeth and the way the upper and lower teeth fit together. However, malocclusion is often an inherited condition, resulting in a difference between the size of the upper and lower jaws or between jaw and tooth size. The end result can be overcrowding of teeth or abnormal bite patterns.

VELscope (Cancer Detection)
The VELscope Vx is a powerful tool available for assisting in the discovery of oral abnormalities, including cancer. The VELscope’s distinctive blue-spectrum light causes the soft tissues of the mouth to fluoresce. Healthy tissues glow in distinctive patterns — patterns that are visibly disrupted by trauma or disease. Using the VELscope, a wide variety of oral abnormalities can be discovered, often before they’re visible to the unassisted eye.

Waterlase (Surgical Laser)
Waterlase™ technology combines laser energy and water in a dental tool that works without heat, pressure or vibration. This laser-energized spray of water is used for a wide variety of hard and soft tissue procedures including cavity preparation, removal of decay and gum therapy. The ProMax is fast, painless, and uses low-dose radiation, making it safe for patients, as well.
