At Dentistry by Angela Britt, we are proud to have the reputation of being Southeast Georgia’s destination for cosmetic, neuromuscular, and sedation dentistry. We would not be where we are today without a wonderful team, and we are sure that many of our patients have had a wonderful experience with our new patient treatment coordinator, Jill.
Jill joined Dentistry by Angela Britt in July of 2019. Oddly enough, Jill did not originally start her career working in a dentist’s office. Following her college education, Jill worked for many years in retail sales, retail management, and banking management. Jill was ready for a career change and stumbled upon her start in a dental office by chance. During a routine dental cleaning, Jill’s dentist mentioned that the office needed a front office manager and suggested that Jill apply for the position. She started the job and really enjoyed the position until she took a break to raise her children. In 2019, the opportunity arrived to interview with Dr. Britt and, being familiar with her wonderful reputation, she was excited for the opportunity. Jill happily accepted the position, and the rest is history.
Jill is originally from Sacramento, CA but has lived in 9 other states and another country twice due to her father being in the Air Force. This might be the reason that if she could visit another country she would love to travel to Spain and England. If Jill is not at work, you might find her shopping, reading, spending time with her daughters, or taking a long walk and enjoying the beautiful Georgia weather.
Jill’s favorite part of her job is getting to know all of the patients and seeing the transformation of their dental health and their smiles. It is a wonderful thing to witness a patient’s smile being transformed. Jill offers some advice to patients, “Don’t be embarrassed if you haven’t been to the dentist in awhile. The important thing is you are on the right track now, and we are here to help you, not judge you.”
